At the Start
- Contact us and we can arrange a convenient time for a member of staff to visit your home and provide you with a market appraisal. We are happy to come out to the property at evenings or weekends, and we will do our best to work around you.
- We will guide you through our marketing strategy and leave you to consider your decision.
- We can take photos of the property for our website on our first visit, but we don’t want you to feel pressured into a decision and doing this may look like we are! We are happy to come back at a convenient time, during the day, to capture the best photos for marketing your house. As well as professional photography, we also offer a Free 360 Virtual Tour.
After you appoint THINK
- We will return to the property to take some photos (if not already taken) and to get some floor plans for our website and property portals
- We will send your property particulars to all registered potential buyers, whose criteria match your property
- We will get your property onto our website and property portals as quickly as possible. We take great care to ensure that the description and photographs are correct prior to being listed.
- Proactive marketing – we don’t rely on the market solely coming to us, we want to drive the market to us; we promise to search out those people looking for properties to ensure we get the share of the market that will sell your house through various marketing campaigns, ensuring modern technology is constantly at the forefront of our campaigns
- We will work with you with regard to Viewings.
- Some Vendors prefer to conduct them themselves whereas others prefer one of our staff to conduct them. There’s no extra fees if you would prefer us to look after the viewings, it’s all part of the service.
- We will arrange viewings at a time that is agreeable with you, we will work within guidelines set out by yourself in our initial meeting and then notify you of any potential viewings, as and when they are booked in
- We know feedback is key, so all viewings will be followed up the next day by a member of THINK staff to ensure you’re aware of how people feel about your property, and if we’re able to help progress that Viewing into a Sale.
- We won’t let a property sit on our website without us continuously marketing it and ensuring that no sale opportunity is missed. We do promise to work extremely hard to sell your property and not just advertise your property.
