The holding deposit will be deducted from your first month`s rent.
SecurityDeposit: Equivalent to FIVE weeks` rent. Your Deposit will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service for the duration of your Tenancy.
Or, use of the Nil Deposit Scheme (Equivalent to ONE weeks rent plus VAT - non-refundable)
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent) Payment of £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement for a change of sharer.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above Bank of England Base Rate
Payment of £15 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Fees in relation to early termination of contract: Upon agreement with the Landlord, you are liable to pay the rent up until the contract ends or until a new tenancy has begun in addition to covering the Landlords costs in relation to our Let Fees (maximum of 75% of monthly Rent + VAT)
